Responsibilities:

• Support with the planning and execution of airport-wide marketing campaigns and promotions (such as Changi Millionaire, Christmas Shopping Promotions, Changi Collectibles, Travellers Promotions) with the objective of driving concession sales.
• Support the planning and execution of in-airport advertising and publicity assets including getting approval from internal stakeholders, overseeing adaptations and liaison with our production partners.

• Manage premiums redemption and event manpower.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or undergraduates – preferably with a diploma / degree in Mass Communication, Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism
• Creative and meticulous individual with great initiative and a positive attitude
• Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership
• Able to manage stress and challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Competency in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel is required
