Responsibilities:

• Oversees brand integrity, messaging, and strategy alignment across all stages in the marketing funnel and marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorm and manage overall digital marketing strategy to drive lead acquisition and increase online presence.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI goals.
• Liaise with digital media and identify opportunities for media coverage fit for the brands.
• Copywrite in English language and transcreate (mainly Chinese language to English language) for content in different formats, tones and channels; work with relevant functions for assets suitable for content.
• Consistently conduct knowledge research, brainstorm for new ideas and track trending topics to develop interesting content.
• Work with internal stakeholders to optimise content and copy for advertisement considering keywords, business objectives and budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop product positioning and marketing direction for products; contribute to product naming.
• Manage corporate social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, etc., including content development, posting, building following, community nurturing, social listening/ monitoring and responding to feedback, enquiries and comments, to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and gather insights.
• Update marketing materials, maintain content asset database and communicate regularly with regional marketing teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams internal stakeholders to and contribute to product positioning and marketing direction for products.
• Assist in other marketing events and activities, when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages or other related fields.
• Possesses knowledge in skin care and health and wellness products preferred

Prime Video is seeking a results-driven Senior Content Marketer to join our team in SEA and MENA. This exciting opportunity will ideally suit an experienced and enthusiastic digital marketing professional with responsibility to design, implement and drive all paid content marketing initiatives for Prime Video across a diverse region, aimed at driving awareness, visits, acquisition and engagement. You will need to demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital marketing, digital media planning as well as measurement. You will be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches, and be a results driven high performer.

Key job responsibilities

• Developing Marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for priority Prime Video titles within SEA-MENA, working in close collaboration with Creative teams, agencies and marketing platforms in-region.
• Collaborate with Local Programming, O&O, PR, Social and other SEA-MENA marketing channel owners to drive an integrated Marketing plan for the region.
• Ensure global marketing plans and tactics translate well locally within SEA-MENA and be key voice of the region to drive visibility and flag any local marketing challenges/sensitivities.
• Partner effectively with internal stakeholder teams to drive synergistic partnerships internally as well as externally.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including effective channel and creative strategy.
• Identify business needs by working backwards from the customer.
• Ensure appropriate processes, procedures, forms and job tracking are established and maintained to keep deliverables on time.
• Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.

Basic Qualifications

• 6-8 years of marketing, media planning and agency management experience
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
• Experience in Content marketing with focus on Digital channels
• Familiar with excel (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work culture and environment
