The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the marketing manager in the following:
ā¢ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurantās offerings, seasonal events, and new menu launches.
ā¢ Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and increasing follower engagement.
ā¢ Plan and coordinate promotional activities, including restaurant openings, anniversaries, special occasions, and collaborations.
ā¢ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and insights to improve future campaigns.
ā¢ Work closely with operations and relevant departments to ensure cohesive communication of promotions and restaurant news.
ā¢ Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and online advertisements.
ā¢ Identify trends in the F&B industry and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.
ā¢ Build relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to enhance restaurant exposure.
ā¢ Manage the restaurantās customer database and execute email marketing campaigns.
ā¢ Stay updated with competitors and industry changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
ā¢ Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate & create chinese content.
ā¢ Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Strong organizational and project management skills.
ā¢ Knowledge of basic graphic design & video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
