• Assist with executing marketing initiatives as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Ensure the showroom is presentable and products are ready for demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers in-store.
• Ability to follow marketing directions and work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools like social media is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work primarily at the Orchard Road outlet, with occasional travel to the Tampines location.

• Create a sales strategy to provide revenue retention, revenue growth, and new business for your personal client portfolio in order to reach or surpass your personal sales targets and overall organic business growth goals.
• Sets clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; adapts standard materials to deliver engaging presentations to customer decision makers and influencers; asks pertinent questions to gather information, assess the level of interest of customers, and identify and respond to areas requiring additional information or explanation.
• Create a personal network in the business sector and represent the firm to clients and at business sector events. Obtains market knowledge and raises the company's visibility and reputation, as well as its goods, services, and capacity to deliver comprehensive safety solutions.
• Configure product and service solutions, as well as associated contractual conditions, to satisfy the mid- to long-term demands of clients, including input from appropriate internal specialists.
• Presents the solution to client representatives and negotiates an arrangement within a set of commercial constraints.
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or inside sales position
• Experience of sales within marine or fire industry
• Must be a self-driven professional

Job Description & Requirements

The channel sales personnel is responsible for executing strategies to drive sales growth through various channel such as E-comm for domestic, overseas, corporate and Travel retail for pre-order and inflight sales. Essential ability to handle operational and administrative task as part of process.

Responsibilities

Channel sales:

- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets for channels in alignment with brand guidelines and business objective.

- Collaboration with marketing and ecommerce team to develop channel specific marketing campaigns and visibility.

- Coordinate with production team on launch date for all channel sales.

- Coordinate with TR team on inflight listing and submission.

- Maintain required margins on P&L

- Monitor sales performance and key metrics of channel sales and take corrective measure if required.

Sales Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and present findings for weekly update.

- Monitor, analyze and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for online activities

Administrative:

- Prepare catalogue for corporate channel.

- Submission of all campaign brief and inflight listing

Requirements

- Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience within the ecommerce domain web management is required.

- Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within the ecommerce industry.

- Strong business acumen with timeline management.

- Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint

- Initiative approach on task allocated.

- Strong sense of ownership, results driven with problem solving skills

- Independent worker and a team player who can work collaboratively and positively with both internal and external parties

- Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
