Sales Manager (Japanese MNC)
Job Highlights:
- Basic monthly salary up to S$7,000 (no commission);
- 5 days week (currently Friday Work from Home);
- AWS and Variable Bonuses;
- S$350 dental benefits per financial year;
- Medical claims – panel clinic, no capped amount;
- Annual leaves of 15 days with additional 3.5 days discretional company holidays;
- Generous car / field allowance for eligible candidate.
Job Description:
- Drives the day-to-day sales operation for brick-and-mortar channel including mass merchandiser, independent dealer, wholesaler;
- Leadership role to lead the distribution team towards achievements of set KPIs, including dealer sell out, market inventory control, channel profitability, stock aging, AR and AP;
- Effective management of distribution budget to derive ROI and set objective;
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
- Initiates change and improvement to enhance operational efficiency;
- In-depth analytics to business profile by channel and product to deliver profit.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Electronics industry experience;
- Good people management skills;
- Experience in leading a sales team and deliver results.
