Ops
ā Perform opening, closing shift duties stated in Standard Operating Procedures (āSOPā)
ā Prepare food and beverages (āF&Bā) according to written SOP.
ā Clean F&B preparation area, cashier area and floor dining and non-dining areas
ā Perform customer service, cashier, dishwashing duties and general maintenance of cafĆ©
ā Water plants and remove dried, brown or yellowed leaves
ā Distribute flyers as required
ā Assist inventory stock check
ā Assist in ordering material
ā Informing the management of any faulty appliances / equipment found
ā Assist in any ad hoc or new tasks as required by management
ā Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA hygiene and practices
ā Have a hardworking, patient and passionate working attitude
ā Work as a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieve More)
ā Be a strong team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
ā Provide highest quality standard in customer service and 5S housekeeping
Marketing
ā To assist building up 6 Letter Coffee & 6 Letter Brunch Branding & Identity
ā Design F&B collateral, handling of social media graphic & digital marketing
ā Liaise with vendors, suppliers and partners on graphic print and marketing matters
ā Collect marketing data and train on marketing strategies to improve sales
ā Understand and execute Marketing Mix of 8 Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Processes, Physical Evidence, Prints)
ā Be Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, MS office, Love photography
ā Be Creative, Detail Oriented, Self-motivated, Strong Team player and good interpersonal and communications skills
ā Possess a minimum Diploma in Graphic/Design/Visual/Marketing or equivalent
