Responsibilities
ยท Oversee the entire food and beverage department, from catering and restaurant operations to staffing and budget management.
ยท Manage orders, inventory control, and deliveries.
ยท Identify ways to cut costs, eliminate inventory shrinkage, and reduce food spoilage.
ยท Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
ยท Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
ยท Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
ยท Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
ยท Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
ยท Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
ยท Make final decisions on whether or not to use food tech and restaurant tech solutions
Requirements and skills
ยท Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
ยท Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director in F&B industry
ยท Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
ยท Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
ยท Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
ยท Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
ยท Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
ยท Excellent verbal and written communications skills
ยท Standby for 24 hours
ยท Available to work shifts and OT, which may include work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
