This position reports to the director and to lead and oversee the sales and operational functions of our moving services department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Individual to be involved in:
1.Comprehensive understanding of the company's operational workflow, along with the ability to efficiently organize work arrangements, delegate tasks, and plan schedules in alignment with client expectations. Gain experience in day-to-day operational tasks and achieve knowledge of packing and moving techniques to ensure the safety of goods during transit.
2.Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence. Streamline the sales process for efficiency, from lead generation to closing deals.Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth.
3.Recognize challenges and pinpoint areas requiring enhancement, creating avenues for optimizing the process flow. Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, to deliver professional services and offer guidance to clients as necessary.
4.Foster a collaborative and positive team culture within the department. Coordinating various aspects of the delivery process such as managing drivers, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Distribute responsibilities to optimize team efficiency and individual growth.
5.Cultivate expertise in evaluating risks, implementing mitigation measures, and formulating emergency response plans specific to in-house moving services. Gradually assume increased responsibilities for coordinating transportation and hands on operations. Ensuring the company's compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Engage actively in the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the company.
