Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales & engineering support of our company's products to our customers in Asia Pacific Region
• Ability to manage and maximize our sales territory and to co-ordinate the sales and engineering activities within Asia Pacific Region
• Responsible for following up sales orders and maintain excellent levels of total customers' satisfaction
• Responsible for developing and creating new prospective accounts for business opportunities in assigned territory
• Ability to use discretion and excellent judgment in complex negotiations with customers to close sales and make prompt business decisions to execute sales activities
• Consistently maintain a good rapport and implement strategic sales engineering programs with key accounts
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Work jointly with the Singapore team to ensure total customers' satisfaction

Our Client is a manufacturer and distributor of heavy vehicle components and is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle enquires from customers through/from/via emails, faxes, telephones, letters, or other communication channels
• Advise customers of product availabilities, delivery dates, delivery location etc
• Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of customers orders.
• Prepare documentary supports, input orders into company computers system and monitor the status
• Take care of filing correspondence, coordinate, handle shipping and delivery documents, and negotiate LC to banks
• Processing documents for sales meeting, tracking sales records and take parts in sales meeting
• Collaboration with other department; contact technical department for
• example to deal with products or technical queries. Contact account department for example to deal with customers payment, deposits, refunds and stock returns etc. Contact supply chain for processing of PR/PO, logistic to agree on delivery date
• Handle independently all shipping and customs invoice and liaise with company forwarders and shipping agents
• Prioritizing various tasks to ensure efficiency so that all commitments can be met, changing those priority quickly and seamlessly if needed
• Processing and updating of PO/records in the system
• Verify orders confirmation against PO/System, inform supply chain for any discrepancy
• Verify supplies invoices against PO/System
• Negotiate rate with company appointed forwarders for best possible rate in line with the companys buying policy
• Coordinate all inbound traffic, maximizing cost effectiveness and tracking all consignments

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/ GCE O Level NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
• At least 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated with ability to adapt to changes
• knowledge in Microsoft Office
