Responsibilities:
• Develop annual & quarterly Integrated Marketing Plan based on Geo/Vertical business requirement, work out Campaign Assets and tracking country’s performance
• Executes campaigns and supporting tactical activities (e.g. physical event, digital marketing, webinar, telemarketing), monitors and tracking marketing KPIs, and takes corrective action, to drive and co-operation with cross functional teams to boost brand awareness and drive business growth
• Provide recommendations on strategic direction and marketing prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Accountable for marketing contribution to business results and marketing ROI.
• Market insight: Conduct in dept market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities & customer behaviours; to use data insights to adjust marketing strategies for improvement and optimization
• Identify new growth areas through insights into customer's needs and behaviors, offering strategic guidance on future initiatives; regularly present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. to the internal stakeholders
• Campaign Planning: applied skill in the proper implementation of the marketing mix, Utilization of value propositions to develop key messages, Alignment of target audience to prioritized offering/solution focus area, Development and selection of assets aligned to sales cycle stage. and help business to stand out in competitive market
• Campaign Execution: applied skill in the proper execution of campaigns/tactics in support of the program plan, Business Controls including managing budgets and controlling costs, adjusting campaigns/tactics based root cause analysis, Pipeline management including nurturing and progression; Track and analyze campaign performance data to make informed adjustments, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Agency/Vendor Management: applied ability to proper manage, direct, and team with agency and vendor partners.
• Management System / digitalization: demonstrated knowledge of the marketing management system and utilization of reporting/other digital tool to provide quarterly updates regarding business performance
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of working experiences in creating and executing marketing strategies as well as providing strategic guidance to the organization to promote the company’s ICT products and services
• At least bachelor degree in any relevant major.
• Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across categories and departments
• Knowledge on the ICT related products and domain (such as wireless domain)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel/PPT and interested in design and video production.
• Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
