Position: Sales Section Manager - (Job ID: 18804)
Job Description:
- Report to Business Manager on all Sales Section's activities
- Make constructive improvements to the section’s overall work scope such as workflow, communication, training, documentation, processes, etc.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and the company and prepare necessary documentations
- Improve productivity at Section, Department or Company level, such as streamlining the work, introducing, reducing manhour/job done, improving the processes for better output, etc.
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Coordinate, arrange, and attend face-to-face meeting with customer where necessary. This will include overnight and overseas trip
- Coordinate with internal and all external parties, such as QA, Logistics, and external distributors, for sales/delivery arrangements and other sales related matters
- Track and report sales status and forecast through using trend charts, analyzing forecasts received from customers, gathering market and customer information
- Ensure all necessary documents are prepared appropriately and in place for each transaction
- Coordinate daily Sales activities and supervise Sales Section’s day-to-day activities, give guidance, and assign tasks to subordinates
- Prepare annual budget using the best estimate at the time to propose to Business Manager
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Business Manager
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 3 years working experience in B2B sales
- Organized, ability to handle multitask
- Good attitude to work as a team
- Have experience using MS office, especially Excel from basics to create/analyze chart
- Comfortable with occasional Domestic/Overseas business trip
