Job description:

- Manage the local sales team

- Train new comers, motivate all sales staff

- Manage the locations inventory

- Promote & Sell products- Pro active sales

- Achieve sales target

-Assist management in daily operational duties, which includes stock-taking, cashiering transactions and general duties

Requirements

- one year experience in pro fashion sales (In retail shop)

- Good communication skills

- Positive working attitude and Sales Oriented

- Leadership qualities

- High motivation & passion Fashion sales

High basic salary + high commission + performance bonus

5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours rotating shift per day (including weekends)

Working locations: Central area

Responsibilities:

• Repsonsible for liasing wiht building consultants and contractors
• Accountable for cultivating enduring customer relationships
• Cultivating strong business ties, particularly with key accounts
• Optimizing account penetration and ensuring customer loyalty
• Recognizing potential opportunities and crafting solutions for both existing and new customers
• Timely updating of forecasts into the system
• Negotiating value, overcoming resistance, and finalizing sales. Establishing Trane as the preferred supplier through differentiation
• Ensuring that all activities adhere to specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in HVAC Sales is required.
