• Prospect potential new business opportunities through cold calling, referral and strategic visits to potential dealers and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings.
• Marketing full range of company products to customers including golf retail segment, dive equipment retail segment, and corporate customer accounts.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

• Degree/Professional certififcate in marketing or business administration
• Two to three years of experience as sales manager
• Three to five years of sales experience
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• Strong communication skills
• Creating and implementing a sales plan
• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
• Analyzing sales data
• Management and leadership skills
• Mentoring and coaching sales reps

Requirements

• Able to work on weekends
• Able to work retail hours
• Preferably min 1-2 year in Consumer Electronics and Retail experience
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Able to commit 4 days per week (Fri - Sun)
