Marketing Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
ā¢ Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
ā¢ Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
ā¢ Working closely with sales and marketing department.
ā¢ Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
ā¢ Giving presentations.
ā¢ Maintaining a marketing database.
ā¢ Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
ā¢ Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
ā¢ Understanding company product and brand.
ā¢ General office duties.
ā¢ Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
ā¢ Organizing market research.
ā¢ Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
ā¢ Updating social media accounts.
ā¢ Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in marketing, business or related field.
ā¢ Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
ā¢ Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
ā¢ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
ā¢ Good organization skills..
ā¢ Digital marketing experience.
ā¢ The ability to work under pressure.
ā¢ Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
