We are a renovation contractor specialised in providing tailored carpentry solutions, tiling, renovation works and seeking Freelance Project Coordinators on project-based with flexible hours.
Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and organised Freelance Sales Project Coordinators to oversee the sales, planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
· Provide expert advice on carpentry work and furniture products, including customization options and design recommendations.
· Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
· Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure projects are completed to client specifications and satisfaction.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Collaborate with .project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with team members.. Coordinate project · activities, resources, and information to ensure timely and successful completion.
· Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
· Communicate project status updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and team members.
· Facilitate meetings and other project-related activities as and when necessary.
· Assist in the identification and resolution of project constraints and conflicts, if any.
· Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference.
· Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
· Maintain effective communication and relationships with all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sales and Project Coordinator or similar role.
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is required.
6. Mentorship will be provided for those without experience but are willing to learn.
