• Assess, investigate, and resolve campaign issues and poor performance
• Produce insightful reports (ad hoc and scheduled) for the allocated channels
• Initiate discussions with managers on growth strategies

Communication & Collaboration (20%)

• Manage select SME client relationships independently, while working closely with performance managers for oversight and support, when required

The Senior Performance Specialist role directly impacts the success of paid digital marketing campaigns.
