You bring

• At least 10 years of solid track record in account management
• Ability to provide strategic and clear direction and build a high performing team
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Business Economics, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
• To lead and inspire the local commercial team to drive strong performance and account plans
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, with high ethical standards in all interactions
• Be a role model as a leader and ability to coach and nurture the team

• Identify and secure new business prospects for logistics services focusing in freight and logistics business within the Group
• Provide quotation/sales agreement to prospective customer
• Attend and resolve any payment issues, feedback or disputes raised by customers
• Create positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers through regular engagements
• Maintain close coordination with superior to ensure profitability of sales leads or perform better than budgeted figures
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and reporting
• Maintain sales-related database

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or related field
• 2 years’ sales experience in freight / logistics business
• Self-motivated and possess drive to meet sales target
• Good working network among customers
• Good communication and negotiation skills
