Key Responsibilities:

• Stay in touch with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Help refine product offerings based on market feedback and customer needs.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Continuously assess competitive offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the HR software
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales activities.
