The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. What we expect of you, day to day:

Demand Generation Strategy (approx. % of role breakdown – 25%) 

• Working with regional marketing managers and sales consultants to support the creation of a demand gen strategy that meets regional targets
• Researching prospects, target personas, and segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and more account based marketing
• Building prospect target lists using business development tools
• Build strategies using clear and defined KPIs and ROI. Specific campaigns that are built and delivered as part of the strategy should have trackable metrics and align with your overall strategic objectives

Leadership (approx. 45% of role)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our tuition center as an Marketing Administrative Specialist. This role involves handling daily administrative tasks while also supporting the center’s marketing efforts to enhance student engagement and boost enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

1. Front Desk Management:

• Attend to inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage student registrations and class schedules.

2. Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of students, classes, payments, and attendance.
• Prepare and update monthly reports, including enrollment statistics and fee collection.

3. Logistics Support:

• Coordinate and ensure smooth operations of daily classes.
• Order and manage stock of office supplies and teaching materials.

4. Payment Processing:

• Handle fee collection and provide receipts to parents.
• Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.

5. General Office Support:

• Assist in filing, document preparation, and other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Marketing Duties

1. Telemarketing

• Ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, including logistics and setup.

4. Brand Development:

• Help maintain the center’s branding and messaging consistency across all communication channels.
• Propose creative ideas to enhance visibility and outreach efforts.

5. Market Research:

• Conduct research to understand customer preferences and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights to improve program offerings and marketing approaches.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
