Job Scope

• Develop marketing plans and set goals for increasing revenue, market share and brand awareness.
• Lead in creating innovative and effective 360-degree marketing strategies to drive our brand presence, foot traffic and conversion in local country.
• Develop and implements marketing activities and communications to promote products or services in the retail stores.
• Plan the yearly retail marketing and social media calendars and budgets.
• Conduct marketing research and consumer survey, analyzes the local market environment and identify opportunities for growth.
• Connect and stay in touch with landlords, media & press, KOLs & celebrities for product loans, shoots and other PR opportunities.
• Develop social media marketing plans and programs for each product collection and directs promotional support.
• Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
• Collaborate with social media influencers
• Create social media marketing goals and tracking related key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work with HQ Brand Centre and Retail to develop social media messaging and timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Audit and analyse brand’s social media presence, including digital advertising budgets and ROIs
• Develop & execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
• Run effective campaigns and promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention.
• Keep our SEA retail marketing closely connected with brand strategy and guidelines, to ensure consistency of retail experience
• Ensure our Direct Retail stores and Franchisee stores are aligned with Brand guidance and approved assets / experiences, working with Creative teams to deliver localisations where required.

Requirements

• 5 years retail marketing and / or general retail experience across online and offline
• Knowledge on current marketing & fashion trends, entertainment & pop culture, retail innovation, In-depth understanding of shopper journey mapping.
• Creative eye with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of performance metrics and the setting / monitoring activation / initiative KPI’s
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Articulate with strong communication, presentation and people skills; stakeholder management is essential
• Commercially astute.

The Sales Manager - Corporate / MICE is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out PR campaigns and initiatives under guidance from local marketing management team and in close collaboration with the global marketing communications team
• Execute all PR events
• Draft press releases, media pitches, talking points and other communications materials across a range of relevant platforms to targeted media and stakeholders
• Manage the various communications calendars across the markets to ensure consistency in delivery of brand messages
• Build and maintain relationships with a wide array of media personnel
• Handle all enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations
• Manage all internal communications, ensuring timely communication and updates on the businesses of the group to all internal stakeholders
• Manage and share content with users on social media sites such as Instagram and Facebook for selected brands
• Analyse media coverage, and provide timely PR reports on each market

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

• This position will focus predominantly on corporate, leisure and groups in the domestic.
• Maintain a regular proactive, face to face, and research sales activities in accordance to the KPI, focusing on companies’ potential for corporate and leisure business from the segregated areas of account responsibilities. Identify business potential and upkeep close contacts with potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence, negotiates for new and repeated business for the hotel.
• Ensure that all RFP’s and consortia solicitation programs are completed on time dispatched and acceptances communicated to all relevant parties and applicable rate loaded.
• To conduct FAM Trip, site inspection, on property entertainment to COMO Metropolitan Singapore.
• Maximize sales effectiveness by establishing quality and quantity of sales calls as well as other sales activities, provide sales call report and to ensure follow up.
• Attend and contribute to scheduled sales meetings and complete tasks by deadlines set.
• Provide effective and timely feedback on sales & marketing intelligence (markets and competitors) to DoSM and team members to ensure adequate control of markets.
• Compiles all necessary market information and assist DoSM with the annual sales plan.
• Assist Reservations in yield management and maximizing revenues to the hotel. Make recommendation to the team from any opportunities arise from especially the confirmed group business.
• Ensures to anticipate on the market tendencies and proposes and implement timely promotions to maximize hotels yield and revenues.
• Follow all rules relating to confidentiality of property and company information and do not share information with inappropriate people.
• Present on a semester basis target of revenue to be achieved and ensures implementation, control, and monthly assessment of all his or her accounts.

The junior sales trader will co-develop and manage business relations regionally and globally with our business partners to bring in sales return. Your duties will include providing support in purchasing & sourcing carbon credits, RECs and other environment attributes.

Ideally, you should have knowledge of carbon credit & REC market.

The position requires communication, business development skills, networking skills and a functional understanding of sustainability and the carbon market.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing and expanding the company's carbon credit, RECs and other environment attributes portfolio.
• Support in the purchase and sale of carbon credits.
• Conducting market research. Identify market trend and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Based in Singapore
• Holds a University Degree. Degrees with relevance to Sustainability or business will be advantageous.
• Competent at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Independent and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have excellent communications skills in verbal and written English. (Fluency in other languages as well would be advantageous).
• Experience in environment attribute trading is preferred.
