Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Use data to uncover actionable insights, optimise campaigns, and inform strategic decisions across our marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience working within a similar role in digital marketing with a focus on data analytics in any consumer products and service industry is required. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and optimisation techniques.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with SQL, Python is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
• Understanding of insurance or financial marketing principles and practices is preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of data warehousing.
• Ability to understand a system architecture, a company system architecture and the best practices of other companies, and to consider and promote sustainable architecture.
• Knowledge of statistics required to understand and utilise internal and external data. This includes understanding testing and statistical analysis methods, as well as having practical knowledge to optimally apply these methods.

• Operationalise company's international strategy by organising webinars, overseas networking sessions and other events.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with professional accountancy bodies at all levels.
• Project manage international projects and initiatives, including meetings and in-market activities with overseas chapters, international alliances and partners to ensure timely delivery of outcomes and support for management and members.
