Job Responsibilities

Account Management

• Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with account at HQ Level.
• Liaise with Key Account’s buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
• Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimising cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds.
• Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.

Sales Operation Management

• Manage and guide the Sales Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness.
• Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
• Product/Promotion Submission.
• Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
• Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
• Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
• Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
• Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
• Retrieve mill test certificates when require
• Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
• Assign tasks given by departmental head and directors

Requirement

• At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and industry trends
- Optimise website content and landing pages for search engine visibility
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics
- Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and social media content
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Manage and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and creative campaigns
- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, advertisements, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Experience with sales platforms (eg. Hubspot) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

- Able to handle Chinese artwork
