Jobs Scope:

• Manage sales enquiry
• Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal/moodboard
• Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
• Prepare BQ quotations
• Work effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
• Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
• Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
• Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
• Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

Responsibilities:

• To provide sales administrative support to clients
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and follow up with clients
• Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses
• Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Good coordination and communication skills
