Assist in the marketing and leasing of office space at One Raffles Place.

Responsibilities

• Administer letter of offer, lease agreement and proper documentation
• Attend to any other tenancy related matters and perform cold calling
• Coordinate viewing schedules and liaising with property agents and tenants
• Conduct site inspections, marketing presentations to prospective tenants
• Collate market information and update weekly reports and tenancy schedules
• Execute and implement the leasing/marketing plans and activities
• Full spectrum of lease management functions
• Handle enquiries from prospective tenants and property agents
• Liaise with external lawyer to prepare the lease and related documents
• Liaise with inter-departments on leasing/marketing issues and tenants’ support
• Negotiate rental and lease terms for renewal and new leases

Requirements

• Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
• At least a Diploma in Business/Marketing, Real Estate and Property Management
• 1 to 2 years of commercial leasing experience
• Good Agent networking skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detail oriented
