Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale trading sector.
• Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
  Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Our client is currently looking for a Sales Executive at a Japanese Trading company.

Account Assistant Manager

Location: West Area (The nearest MRT is Jurong East)

Position: Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

・Promote and sell the organization’s products and services to meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned area or customer portfolio

・Pursue leads, visit customers, assess needs, recommend suitable products, respond to inquiries, and negotiate prices and delivery times within authority limits to close sales

・Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and future sales

・Provide sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights to internal teams to support market responsiveness

・Develop and manage annual, monthly, and daily sales plans to achieve targets and prioritize activities effectively

Requirements:

・Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales

・Strong marketing and sales skills

・Conversation level of Japanese would be an advantage to communicate with Japanese stakeholders

・Having a driving license

Others:

Salary: SGD 4,000-5,000 +AWS +VB (depending on the individual performance)
