The Fixed Income Division (FID) is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities Division is a market leader across a broad range of commodities markets, with expertise in areas including client risk management, financing solutions and investor products Sales & Trading.
Asia Corp Sales team covers corporate clients across local corporates and multinationals across Fx, interest rates, and Commodities products. The sales team transacts with this diverse set of clients on a high frequency basis across currencies and products (FX, FX options, Bonds, Interest Rate swaps, interest rate options, government bonds etc.) Sales team represents the firm in front of clients and work very closely with internal stakeholders including traders, structurers, and research analysts to provide best in class execution and coverage to external clients.
The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in performing day to day tasks which includes (i) post-trade processing (ii) account onboarding work (iii) ad-hoc reporting works and (iv) other ad hoc works.
This role requires an individual who likes to work in a high intensity environment with steep learning curve given the fast moving nature of the macro markets.
The role involves working on –
- Regular Market Color Update/Daily Tasks – preparing regular market update/trade ideas , updating/refreshing trading axes, positioning report and flow report
- Post-trade Processing - assist in post-trade processing – tie-ing out PVs, trade recaps, trade bookings
- Account Onboarding Work: Working with main sales coverage in coordinating and liasing internally and externally on account onboarding tasks
- Other Ad-Hoc administrative work: electronic client onboarding, liaise on trade settlement related issues, creating research access for clients

- Passion for market and hunger/desire to learn more and succeed is critical
- Experience/exposure or interest in markets/ track markets will be valuable – in FX, FX options or interest rates
