With our ecosystem experiencing strong growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing & Communication Officer to support the development and image of these firms. The role is based in Asia (Singapore or Hong Kong).
Job Description
The Digital Marketing & Communication Officer works under the supervision of the Marketing and Communication Director. They will play a key role in executing marketing and communication plans, primarily for WE+, a firm specializing in digital transformation and operating in Asia.
Their scope of activities is broad, encompassing internal communication, commercial communication, institutional communication, event communication, and digital communication (website, social media, etc.).
Main Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing
- Assist in implementing and executing the marketing/communication plan with the primary goal of generating business leads, particularly for we+.
- Market research.
- Marketing of the offers.
- Inbound marketing: content creation.
- Creative digital campaigns, Google Ads campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns.
- SEO/SEA optimization.
- Etc…
B. Communication
- Social media: community management.
- Writing internal and external newsletters.
- Article writing.
- Conducting interviews.
- Intranet management.
C. Event Planning
- Support in organizing internal and external events for Alan Allman Associates and we+, among others.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a marketing or communication agency.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn, and WordPress.
- Degree (Bac +4/+5) in marketing or communication.
