Job scope:

Giving Sales Presentations

· Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to owners and guests.

· Establish trust with the prospective owner and Owners throughout the entire sales process to build on-going rapport.

· Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.

· Provide prospective owners and Owners a Sales Gallery, Property and Model tour specific to their sales distribution site.

· Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product and advocate the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the prospective owners and Owners current and future vacation needs.

· Complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required/legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized.

· Practice and continue to develop and improve sales script and presentation.

· Ensure clear understanding of finance options and present as an approach to ownership.

· Prepare for daily appointments (e.g., review tour sheet, owner history, presentation details, etc).

· Follow up face-to-face guest interaction with email, phone, or mail correspondence and facilitates use of Vacation Ownership Advisor.

· Answer Owner and customer questions regarding product information, servicing issues, construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

· Use, demonstrate, and/or coordinate virtual tour (eTour) software for guests.

Conducting and Managing Business Transactions

· Assure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales.

· Review details of contracts with prospective owners and Owners once they decide on purchase.

· Thoroughly review loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensure completed properly.

· Work with Sales Management to minimize cancellations, provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timeliness of closings.

· Complete purchase summary worksheet at end of each sale.

· Reach out to and influence Legacy Owners and Every Other Year (EOY) Owners to enroll, upgrade and maximize all reload opportunities.

· Respond to and monitor the resolution of customer and Owner inquiries in a timely manner with accurate information.

· Leverage resources for providing service to guests and Owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors) in an effective manner.

· Manage time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and guest/owner appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

International Market Strategy Development: Responsible for formulating the international sales strategy, including market positioning, target customer segments, sales channels, to achieve the company's international market expansion and sales goals.

Sales Policies and Contract Negotiation: Develop international sales policies, assist the team in contract negotiations, and ensure that contract signings align with the company's interests.

Sales Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data, provide reports on market share, sales trends, and product demand, offering data support for decision-making.

International Market Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing department to create international market promotion plans, enhancing brand awareness in international markets.

Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the compliance of international sales activities, adhering to international trade regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, New Energy, or a related field.

2) Minimum of two years of experience in solar industry sales, with familiarity in photovoltaic products and solutions preferred.

3) Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4) Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with experience in international business contract negotiations.

5) Ability to analyze international market trends and formulate strategies.

6) In-depth understanding of the international photovoltaic market and industry trends.

The primary goals for the Sales and Strategic Accounts Director are to hunt and generate new business for eBaoTech’s InsureMo platform and drive growth of key strategic accounts in SEA and India. Must be able to achieve revenue targets, prospect, manage full sales cycle, build relationships and close sales. Position also provides internal advice to support overall growth strategy for driving eBaoTech InsureMo cloud business activities in assigned region.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

· Proactive development of new business in mentioned geographies

· Lead and personally undertake Sales activities from initial contact until sale closure. This will include contacting prospects face-to-face as well as via telephone and electronically.

· Build and maintain relationships with key prospects, decision makers, alliance partners and industry experts.

· Prepare detailed quotations and proposals that fully meet client expectations, as well as minimize risk. Follow eBaoTech procedures for quotation review and accept responsibility for the scope, accuracy and winning of these proposals.

· Achieve target sales, quotas on consistent basis

· Own Revenue growth targets of key accounts by working closely with relevant stakeholders in mentioned geographies

· Clearly articulate the overall value proposition and specifically the features and benefits of InsureMo

· Maintain a solid knowledge of eBaoTech’s underlying technology, the range of existing products and consulting services.

· Represent eBaoTech at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings and other avenues to initiate sales eBaoTech products

· Take a leadership role in developing and executing a sales strategy for mentioned geographies

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

· Work with Marketing and to develop new opportunities and lead generation events.

· Analyze competitor products and activities and provide feedback into marketing strategies and product development.

· Network with industry leaders, alliance partners, industry vendors and competitors, and participate in industry forums

· Ensure deal visibility and accountability at key points in the sales cycle.

· Assists in providing training to lower level Sales staff

· May eventually include managing or leading a growing sales team

Required Skills/Experience:

· Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years cloud middle office, PaaS and/or SaaS sales experience

· Minimum 4 years of experience with network in Fintech, Payments, or ecommerce industry to help grow InsureMO’s channel business

· Extensive experience and knowledge of the Insurance industry preferred

· Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.

· Successful track record in selling complex technology solutions.

· Ability to prospect in the region to find new client opportunities

· Thorough understanding of the cloud product sales cycle and show a methodical approach to moving opportunities through this cycle

· Ability to analyze market trends and business data to identify new market potential.

· A proven, highly successful record of selling complex business applications to senior executives and other stakeholders in large, multi-level organizations including alliance partners.

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Good English communication skills. Hindi is a plus

· Extensive sales experience and knowledge of the Insurance industry.
