Role Overview: As a Sales Recruitment Management Apprentice, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional sales talent across various functions to drive the company’s growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their team’s specific needs and create a seamless, positive recruitment experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top sales talent, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for various sales roles (e.g., Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Sales Executives).
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify qualified sales candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for sales roles.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring requirements and team dynamics, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience: Provide an excellent candidate experience, guiding them through the interview process, keeping them informed of timelines, and fostering a positive impression of the company.
• Offer Negotiation: Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate income and incentives packages in line with company standards.
• Market Insights: Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to help position the company as an company of choice for sales talent.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on sales roles. Experience working in a high-growth company is a plus.
• Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and what makes an effective salesperson.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, with great attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment portals, and social media platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to find solutions to hiring challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.
• Working with external agency to create and develop promotional and marketing materials that are align with the brand and retailer guidelines.
• Coordinate with brand and sales team on execution.
• Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and strategized marketing plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly marketing budgeting reports and filling.
• Assisting with market surveys
• Review promotions executive to ensure profitability.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar capacity will be a plus
• Willing to travel within Singapore to conduct store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Comfortable with market data analysis (AC Nielsen, Internal Sales Data)
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other business partners
• Grow revenue contribution from key accounts through various sales and pricing strategies
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly
• Conduct analysis on sales data and keep up to date with market trends and consumer behaviour to benefit sales development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in airline sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate, good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Ability to analyse market data, sales data, and pricing to make informed decisions
