Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and achieve digital communication objectives across multiple business units
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various social media platforms
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand creative content for various digital marketing channels
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital paid advertising, preferably from a digital marketing agency
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, and display advertising
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position
• Proficiency with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with some experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
• A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering digital lead generation
