Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with associates and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internet marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.

• IT and internet-savvy, with experience in e-marketing.

Provide marketing support to the Marketing Department and Restaurants

Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans (eg. sponsorship, media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, public relations agencies, events and activities)

Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials

Manage local area marketing activities and collaterals with all restaurants

Daily monitoring of social media platforms, customer reviews and feedbacks

Build and maintain good network and working relationships with customers, suppliers, agencies, and regulatory authorities

Preparation of marketing reports & presentations
