Job Description

• Provide support in the processing of e-commerce orders.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of pricing and product information on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor product inventory levels to confirm stock availability.
• Prepare sales & marketing sales reports.
• Create promotional artwork for operations purposes.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Manage sponsorship inquiries and facilitate the coordination of sponsorships.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields.
• Prior marketing experience would be preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other designing software will be an added advantage.
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Entry level are welcome to apply.
