Job Description:
The Sales Leader is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for the Laminate and Film business across South Asia and the APEC region. This role is focused on cultivating and leading partnerships with south Asia fabricators while managing key customer relationships to establish long-term strategic alliances that contribute to sustained financial performance. The SalesLeader will leverage an in-depth understanding of DuPont’s value proposition to effectively upsell products, capitalize on market opportunities, and communicate additional intangible benefits to key stakeholders throughout the value chain, including Fabricators, OEMs/ODMs, and End Customers. By fostering a culture of innovation and responsiveness to market needs, the Commercial Leader will be instrumental in achieving aggressive revenue targets and driving overall business success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Spearhead initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth for the Laminate and Film business in South Asia and APAC by identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities. Develop strategic plans that prioritize high-impact projects that contribute to the overall financial success of the business.
- Partnership Management: Lead and cultivate strategic relationships with south Asia fabricators to align with regional business goals, ensuring these partnerships are not only sustainable but also contribute significantly to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee targeted customer engagement strategies designed to strengthen relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive repeat business and long-term revenue. Work towards establishing sustainable partnerships that yield consistent financial returns.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Leverage a deep understanding of DuPont’s value proposition to effectively upsell products, enhancing the revenue potential from existing customer accounts. Communicate additional intangible benefits that resonate with key stakeholders throughout the value chain to maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Insight and Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes. Ensure the business remains competitive and responsive to market dynamics, identifying new revenue streams and optimizing existing ones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and align with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate business performance metrics related to revenue generation. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, enhance profitability, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the PCB or Electronics Assembly industry, with a proven track record of leadership in commercial roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC), Printed Circuit Board, and Electronics Assembly; expertise in Polyimide Film and Flexible Copper Clad Laminator (FCCL) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Proficient in advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strong team player capable of driving collaboration across diverse teams and regions.
- Willingness to undertake domestic and regional business travel as required.
