· Lead the team on both permanent merchandising (new door openings or renovations, planogram changeovers, etc.) and temporary merchandising (trade/consumer podium activations) projects, ensure global guidelines are met and fashion house approvals are obtained before every execution

· Guide the team for CAPEX budget topics and ensure all fixed assets are properly capitalized for P&L management

· Ensure accurate and timely retro-planning is in place for every major permanent merchandising project in order to meet targeted opening dates

· Ensure all temporary merchandising projects are cost-efficient and profitable

· Navigate through any intricacies and manage any crisis which may arise with both internal teams and external stakeholders such as landlords (malls), retailers and contractors, etc.

5. Stakeholder Management

· Collaborate with the Commercial Lead in the development of strong relationships with key landlords and retailers across all channels and conduct high level negotiations together to deliver successful outcomes and results

· Liaise and network with the broader organisation regionally and globally to develop and drive co-marketing plans together and leverage on best practices – this includes Regional Teams (Asia & ISEA), Global Trade Teams, Global Merchandising Teams, Global Communication Teams and Global Digital Teams

6. People Leadership

· Recruit (when needed), develop, retain and rotate top talents within the organization

· Mentor individuals towards the fulfilment of both personal and business objectives; drive all short, medium and long-term career planning and succession planning conversations including development plans for individuals

· Identify key personnels who are able to assume broader responsibilities and be an advocate for them when it comes to advancement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing (or any related/equivalent discipline)

· Minimally 10 years of relevant Marketing and/or Brand Management experience in Beauty or FMCG industry

· Minimally 5 years of People Management experience and/or has led a team of at least 3 to 5 direct reports

· A strong leader who is able to lead with empathy and recognizes the importance of mentorship

· Has outstanding communication and presentation skills, understands the importance of maintaining utmost decorum in formal and public settings

Integrated Marketing Manager, Product Marketing

Moomoo SG is on the lookout for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join the Integrated Marketing Team to contribute to the rapid expansion of our business in Singapore. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing product go-to-market campaigns, and be the locally-based product marketing expert to be consulted on the product go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging for Moomoo SG's retail investment products.

This role requires both high level of collaboration across functions and good understanding of a wide variety of investment products. You must be a team player and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including branding & PR, growth, lifecycle marketing, content marketing and product management. You also understand from the customer's perspective what they want and how they think when investing, and you are able to translate their needs to strategic plans and collaborate with other teams to implement. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of capital market products including global stocks, derivatives, unit trusts and cryptocurrencies, or is personally a savvy trader or investor who understands the investment mentality in Singapore.

Responsibilities

1. Product GTM Campaigns:
1. Lead go-to-market plan for key product launches. Plan and execute integrated promotions/campaigns to drive product growth through the omni-channel strategies, including external channels such advertising, KOL, online & offline events, PR and owned channels such as official website, SEO, eDM, in-app community and social media.
2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
1. Identify target audience and develop compelling core messaging and positioning through thorough market research and competitive analysis.
3. Marketing Collateral Development:
1. Collaborate with design teams to create impactful marketing materials, including key visuals, product videos, landing pages, one-pagers, and webinar/event content.
4. Product Operation
1. Work closely with the operation team. Be consulted on the evergreen product operation to ensure strategies are aligned and localised for Singapore market.
5. Outbound Communication:
1. Support communication to sales team and clients, educating them about our product offerings and benefits.
6. Inbound Communication:
1. Collect feedback from customers, review and ideate, and communicate insights to the product team for continuous product improvement.
7. Data Analytics:

Requirements
