Provides administrative support to the Head of Regional Sales APAC (NEA / SEA) and Sales Managers for SEA Region that comprises Singapore, New Zealand, Australia and Asia Pacific territories, trough implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects; maintaining suggestion programs, company Level Agreements (SLAs), bids, grants, forms, agreements, and request for proposals (RFPs). supports the creation of contract scopes, bid specifications, and packages; in order to support Office administrative objectives and goals.
The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines, and standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Oman’s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with the national objectives.
Background and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in same function / role
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous
- Secretarial practices
- Experience in Typing and Event Arrangement.
- Some Legal knowledge
- Some HR background
- Admin capable
