What a Senior Manager Technical Sales and Delivery does at Visa:

The Senior Manager Technical Sales & Delivery role will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for our Payments and Fraud Management and prevention platform. This role will also be responsible for consulting with our Clients on Business Processes and recommending Best in Class Payment and Fraud Prevention strategies. A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide great customer experience.

•Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities.

•Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.

•Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags.

•Support customer purchases and returns in the register.

As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly faces that greet our customers and embody the heart of our brand. 

You'll have the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor. 

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team, you’ll create moments that matter. 

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they're not mandatory. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Device Sales Representative to promote and expand our brand of surgical implants across Singapore. You will be responsible for managing and growing the business in your assigned region, with a focus on developing strong relationships with surgeons and stakeholders in hospitals, surgery centers, and other medical facilities. The role involves extensive time in operating rooms, specializing in Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Oral Maxillofacial, Otolaryngology, and Facial Plastics. Candidates preferable to have operating room sales experience in the medical device field or any type of products that requires presence in operating rooms and a proven track record of success. This role emphasizes integrity-based selling, prioritizing the needs of patients, surgeons, and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on our surgical implants.

Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital/medical facility stakeholders.

Navigate hospital channels and value analysis committees to introduce new implants.

Present and articulate product benefits to surgeons, hospital staff, and purchasing departments.

Conduct regular consignment reviews with new and existing customers (monthly to quarterly).

Complete vendor credentialing requirements for operating room access in Singapore.

Provide weekly updates on CRM data and sales progress to the office manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven success in medical device/implants sales within operating room environments.

Strong customer service and networking abilities.

Integrity-driven selling approach.

Knowledge of basic medical terminology.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools, particularly spreadsheets and databases.

Expertise in negotiation strategies.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

This position could be either fulltime, part time or freelance.

Salary range: we pay a fixed salary, 12 x per year and a target bonus agreement based on revenues achieved.
