• Develop and execute VAS strategies to accelerate the growth of VAS in the cluster,

• Support pre- and post-sales engagements including but not limited to evaluating potential opportunities, creating client pipeline, and executing against sales plans,

• Execute activities throughout the sales cycle such as sales pitch, product demos/webinars, commercial offer, contracting, optimization, and audit management,

• Support the launch of new product initiatives, product enhancements, and acceleration plans,

• Assess the feasibility of rolling out new products and solutions into the cluster, understand and provide local market requirements that will influence the global product roadmap, and develop go-to-market and commercialization plans,

• Engage with clients during & post the sales journey to pitch, negotiate commercials and showcase value from usage

• Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Our client is looking for a designer with good ideas and a detailed eye; someone who embraces multi-disciplinary thinking to communicate and deliver our brand stories and ideas through compelling visual design and art.

This role supports our Design and Marketing in creating creative visual content aligned to marketing strategies — the creation of a visual journey that tells the work and stories behind each wine and winemaker.

The role reports to the Marketing Manager, to create effective and engaging online and off-line brand campaigns in their totality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and developing graphic and artistic visual assets for digital channels including E-commerce, digital marketing collaterals and social media campaigns.
• Create creative visual content for social media platforms across formats such as photography, short-format videos, and GIFS.
• Product photography and styling including flat-lay, studio and outdoor lifestyle shots.
• Participate in individual design briefs that will see you creating visual content from beginning to end; from creative ideation and conceptualisation to project execution and production.
• Maintain the visual presentation of our E-store and product web pages across graphics, information design and creative layout.
• Develop final artwork and effective layouts that adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements
