Your day to day

• Research market place and pursue opportunities for potential new accounts
• Manage assigned account base to exceed targets for total revenue
• Develop and maintain contact with key decision makers, influencers, meeting planners, event organisers, associations and other producers closely aligned to each business unit
• Monitor and report on sales activity undertaken and measurement of results through maintaining of accurate records in the sales tools and action plans
• Act as a trusted business advisor by clients; ensure that commitments are met and value is delivered
• Planning and preparation for overseas sales visit, trade fairs, educational or familiarization groups to promote the hotel and develop potential business
• Minimum of XX sales-related activities (such as sales calls, site inspections and in-house entertainments) per week
• Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure that pricing and yield management principles are being communicated and implemented.
• Monitor competitor practices and accounts, monthly RGI scorecards and diagnostic tools in order to understand competitor trends
• Ensure that all stakeholders are made aware of systems, procedures, and information relating to the delivery of all revenue from sales market segments
• Maintain strong presence in the local community by participating in business / industry organisations, associations and developing a broad external network
• Ensure active management of individual GAPs and personal development plan.

Since 2017, we have grown to 6 studios in Singapore, 3 in Malaysia, 1 in Indonesia and Dubai as well as built a diverse community of over 2,000 practitioners. You will be responsible for the sales and business acquisition of the respective studio. He/she has to attend to walk-in inquiries, follow up on the leads that are generated by digital marketing and other channels.

The responsibilities can be divided into 3 parts:

- Conversion to Trials where the Studio Manager will attend to leads, address their questions about the classes and book an appropriate trial class for them after understanding his/her needs/goals.

- Attending to Trials: when the prospect comes for a trial class, he/she will have a positive experience and explain the various packages and try to close the sales.

- Post-sales services: The Studio Manager must also follow up with the members after closing to ensure that he/she attends the classes regularly, attend to feedback and provide continuous customer services.
