We are currently searching for a Sales Assistant (Marine) for our company . The ideal candidate is an active and engaging leader who will be responsible for getting future upcoming project for company and customer satisfaction levels are met. In addition, the ideal candidate possesses and should have outstanding knowledge of shipbuilding , conversion , modules and ship repairing works in order to proactively advise clients on requirements

Job Description

・Prospect, present, promote, propose, and sell company products to ship owners, ship management, ship operators and other clients in local and overseas market.

・To hunt, identify and develop potential new business opportunities.

・To handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

・To work with sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required performance KPIs.

・To build and maintain client relationship and attend industry, company events or functions.

・Responsible for all technical matters and documentation.

・Attend and review enquiries and tender documents, its specification and documentation requirements.

・Prepare quotation, QAP, drawings, specification & data sheets according to clients’ requirements and specifications.

Job Requirement

・ Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

・Excellent interpersonal ,Good communication and negotiation skills for customers and suppliers

・Good attitude and team worker

・ Able to commit to 5.5 days week

About The Role (Salary + Commission)

As a Tele Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls or receiving inbound calls from potential customers. You will get in touch with potential customers and share with them about our products and services, address their needs, overcome objections, and ultimately close sales. Your goal is to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand's visibility, growth, and engagement, maintaining and enhancing brand identity across all touchpoints.

• Defining marketing strategy and developing highly engaging, strategically focused campaigns to drive traffic and revenue to our website and retail stores.
• Driving growth through targeting, ad campaign setting, and measurement of key metrics like CPL, CPC, and CAC
• Driving advertising content and delivery to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Analysing and tracking the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns.
• Overseeing the performance marketing budget to enhance the Return on Advertising Spent (ROAS)
• Evaluating funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics.

You MUST be or have –

• A deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights
• Experience in driving results in performance marketing for consumer brands
• At least 8 years of experience in Marketing, 3 years of which in a management role
• A self-starter
• A start-up / growth scale-up mindset, flexible, and open to adapt to changing requirements when needed
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Description:

• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to be inline with and help achieve organization objectives and needs.
• Maintain and manage the corporate website and social media platforms through updating of contents, providing feedback and attending to enquiry of customers to achieve greater customer satisfaction.(Facebook and YouTube).
• Conceptualize and creating marketing/product contents for print, corporate website, social media, product videos,slides and demonstration for sales presentation, and other marketing media material.

Requirements:

As an Area Manager, you are responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in your Area by setting a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Sales Market ambition. You ensure you have great teams and support their development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management for your Area Team and Store Managers based on results, values and leadership. As a partner to the Sales Manager, you lead the business and people according to H&M values, standards, policies and procedures in your Area.

Key responsibilities

• You deliver on sales and profitability through excellent customer experience – regularly analyzing and following up on your Area’s sales and profit kpis and taking actions accordingly to maximize results. This is achieved together with the Area Controller to set hours plan inline with sales budget, traffic and conversion opportunities in stores.
• Together with the Area Team, you prioritize actions that have a clear impact on selling – such as, and not limited to, implementing and following up on store operations best practice; follow up on store execution via customer experience tool; ensure H&M customer service standards are delivered in all stores; securing the inventory / customer offers at an optimized level; and empowering store management team to make right commercial decisions.
• You actively prevent loss together with store management and area team, as well as have an overview of competitor landscape, potential risks, threats and opportunities together with the relevant support office functions.
• Oversee and manage recruitment, training, development and succession planning for Store Managers and Area Team in line with your sales market strategy and goal – you monitor, evaluate and manage the performance of Store Managers and Area Team members, executing dialogue, development plans, feedback, follow-ups and take actions accordingly.
• You actively work with talent and leadership development within the Area Team and Store Managers, bringing to live our Values and H&M Culture.
