Role Description

This is an Sales Executive Internship located in Singapore. The Sales Executive Intern will be responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including sales calls, scheduling client meetings, and administrative work. The Sales Executive Intern will also have the opportunity to assist with market research and strategizing for sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• To provide professional advice on Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications
• To manage areas such as project costing

Summary

Work with the Channel Sales Manager to implement channel sales strategy, run data analysis, as well as communicate with channel sales partners. This role also requires you to administer and process company policies & SOPs, and work with the compliance department to ensure adherence to the partnership agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales pipeline by generating new leads, secure meetings and cold calls to qualify and convert them into new channel sales partners for the company's affiliate program.
• Hit sales revenue targets and profit margins through acquiring new channel sales partners through the affiliate program while growing sales from the existing affiliate partners.
• Communicate regularly with sales partners to ensure the partners are actively promoting the company's products.
• Develop and executive monthly sales plan.
• Monitor and improve partner sales activity by performing weekly and daily data analysis.
• Assist Channel Sales Manager to implement product launches and campaigns – partner sales contest, new product launches.
• Compliance communication with the sales partners.
• Deliver weekly sales reports to the Channel Sales Manage.
• Provide product feedback from sales partners to the Channel Sales Manager & Product Development team.
• Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher
• At least three (3) years of experience in sales where you managed sales and carried sales targets.
• Proven track record in hitting and even exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of and comfortable following a defined sales process
• Demonstrated experience in generating new business leads through phone calls, online meetings, web inquires, webinars and social platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – including presenting and reporting. You will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with the channel sales partners from the USA.
• Effective sales partnership management, excellent negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, proficient in MS Excel and able to generate reports and graphs from data.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and work across different time zones.
• Excellent time management and the strong ability to prioritize is essential.
• A good understanding of internet-based sales / digital marketing will be advantageous.
• Experience managing a sales affiliate program will be a plus.

Additional:

• Have good spoken English as the candidate will need to speak to US business partners.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in cold calling/prospecting
• Do not mind the working hours due to timezone difference. There will be at least 3 days per week where the working hours will be 1pm-6pm, followed by 10pm-1am.
