THE ROLE
Website Management
Work with Japan HQ to plan, execute new enhancements and maintenance for regional website.
Generate data driven insights using GA for customer journey and plan
Undertake SEO initiatives together with team members to improve google ranking for selected keywords
Work with agency to analyze maintenance & system bottlenecks and propose improvements for system requirement or automation of workflows to Japan HQ to reduce the maintenance workload and improve page speed.
Loyalty marketing
Work with regional sales offices to build on loyalty programs using data, business insights, system capability and customer feedback to drive more traffic, sales conversion, early engagement and stronger/longer affinity
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to initiate, co-develop and optimize Loyalty and Marketing system as well as engagement (targeting & retargeting) journeys.
Media planning
Work collaboratively with the regional sales offices to ensure their digital marketing plans are developed with a keen understanding of media and audience performance and insights. Review of post campaign results, analyse the effect the digital plans have on onsite metrics (traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates etc), and work with them to make adjustments and improve for future campaigns
Work with sales offices to test market on new digital platforms to ensure that we fully maximizing opportunities present in the market
REQUIREMENTS
3-8 years of Loyalty and CRM experience in retail or agency, ideally with hands on experience in marketing technology and personalized communications.
4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
2 years of team management experience
Deep proficiency with analytics tools
Deep understanding of SEM
Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time-management skills
