• Identify, develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand equity & market share
• Prepare and review the annual Brand Plans & Sales Target to ensure achievement of the annual targets

2) Marketing

• Drive the company’s brands through Marketing & Communications strategy
• Lead in the execution of all Marcom Plans, Programs & Activities for the Brands
• Implement Plans to optimise all media efforts across channels (offline, digital, social) to achieve brand & business goals, and maximise ROI, in collaboration with media agencies.
• Monitor & analyse Digital Marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed

3) Cross Functional Team Collaboration

• Ensure these stakeholders are updated & aware of all Marcom Plans & Collaterals for each brand
• Drive growth through formulation of Marcom plans to support our Trade strategies & activities by brand
• Monitor & ensure that agreed Plans and Activities are implemented & executed excellently (namely the Sales & Key Accounts management)
• Monitor & track Sales regularly to ensure achievement of the monthly Sales Targets
• Provide updates on Suppliers’ feedbacks that have direct impact on the brands in the short term
• Ensure successful introduction of new products to the market

Requirments

1) Minimum of 5 years' experience in the FMCG industry occupying a management position
