Fundraising

Key Responsibilities-

• Content Strategy & Creation:

1. Develop and implement content strategies aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and virality across digital platforms.
2. Design and create high-quality creative materials for various digital platforms (web, social media, email) and print, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.

• Audience Engagement:

1. Manage and expand the audience across owned media channels, including social media and email marketing.
2. Analyse content performance and audience insights to optimise future content strategies and improve engagement metrics.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as business, product, sales, and operations to deliver cohesive solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
2. Ensure all content aligns with the broader company goals and supports marketing campaigns.

• Support & Administrative Tasks:

1. Assist in organizing and managing marketing-related meetings, including taking minutes and preparing reports as needed.
2. Provide general support to the marketing team, including project coordination and task management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executing marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with familiarity in tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
• Basic skills in motion design and video production to enhance content creation for digital platforms.
• Strong ability to analyse content performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines, while maintaining high-quality output.

• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Maintain the firm’s website and social media platforms by updating content and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote the firm's services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for client outreach.

Requirements:

• GCE A Level and above
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design software.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
