• Set out marketing plans and implementation action plans on the company's range of products with primary objective of retaining existing clients and penetrating new corporate relationships.
• Increasing market share and maximising profitability within framework of the company's overall strategic plan.
• Execute, Implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate properties viewing arrangement with current tenants and potential clients and showcase property features to potential clients.
• Prepares sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice) to be vetted by HOD before forwarding to clients. To follow up on timely payment from Client.

• Handles clients complaint and feedback. Target to resolve issues raised, with consultation with superior in order to maintain exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
