Job Requirements

• Diploma and above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant working experiences preferably in F&B industry
• In-depth knowledge in Singapore F&B market with keen insights and organization/planning management
• Familiar with international and China F&B branding, and its marketing/PR strategies
• Strong in planning and executing marketing programs, methods of multimedia channels and publicity of our brands
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Resilience in meeting tight deadlines and concurrently handling different marketing campaigns
• Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and groups internationally

1. To Assist Head of Sales in developing, planning, executive and monitoring marketing activities.

2. Assist in Managing website, social media planning for marketing activities.

3. Assist in planning Sales Target and ensuring that they are achieved.

4. Manage marketing department budget.

5. Manage all product related information update on website.

6. Develop and maintain a social media program.

7. Update and maintain all corporate presentation materials

8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities

9. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and partners

10. Perform administrative and any other ad hoc duties when assigned

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by maintaining regular customer contact, acting as the central point of sales contact.
• Prepare and implement weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans to align with customer vehicle sales launches.
• Create sales presentations to pitch new products/solutions by analyzing market and vehicle trends in various countries.
• Develop weekly/monthly forecasts on account revenue versus target and provide end-of-month sales reports.
• Submit quotations based on customer requests.
• Address and resolve customer complaints by problem-solving and offering solutions or countermeasure recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to organize sales and marketing workshops to promote new products throughout the vehicle model lifecycle.
• Contribute to team performance by accomplishing tasks as assigned.
