Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to address any gaps.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts to guide business planning and ensure strategic resource allocation.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer agreements are executed smoothly.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities, track competitor activities, and assess customer needs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure consistent messaging and maintain the brand's integrity across all marketing channels.
• Leverage digital marketing platforms—such as websites, social media, and SEO—to engage targeted audiences and boost online sales.
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's portfolio of products.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for brand building and implementation of marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL and Online) of assigned brands.
• Responsible for the development of brand assets, point-of-purchase materials, digital marketing content, and other communication collaterals.
• Work with the sales team to develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for the key accounts and trade channels to achieve sales objectives.
• Plan and monitor marketing expenditure to review marketing campaign effectiveness.
• To conduct regular market visitations whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above, in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Relevant experience in product management preferably in FMCG, health and beauty industries.
• Meticulous, with strong organizational skills

Job Description:

• Oversee post-sales activities Cybersecurity products.
• Participate in large-scale project implementations at both local and regional levels.
• Provide on-site implementation services, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and address customer queries by troubleshooting and consulting existing knowledgebase articles and known issues.
• Be available for 24x7 maintenance support calls on a routine standby basis.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Candidates with no prior relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT, particularly in network support and administration.
• Knowledge and experience in networking, including routing and switching technologies.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work diligently and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
