Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Beauty outlet Manager to lead our beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the shop, manage the staff, ensure the highest level of customer service, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also requires training staff, handling customer service issues, managing stock, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Meet identified prospects, give expert advice, and promote available products.
- Organize formal presentations, seminars, and other marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage customer transactions and continuously work to improve customer service.
- Create proposal documents, presentation materials, and sales tools to support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and implement sales forecasts, monitoring expenses, budgets, sales figures, and profitability.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and execute promotions, ensuring that all sales targets are met or exceeded.
Staff Management & Training:
- Supervise and support the sales executives, ensuring they meet individual goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify, implement, and document training for staff, including new hires.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer activities and staff performance.
- Train staff in product knowledge, equipment use, and treatment procedures.
- Provide feedback and implement tests on product and equipment use for quality control.
Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend suitable products and treatments.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Perform services such as facials and body therapy, using equipment like MIR, CPL, Oxygen equipment, and other tools.
- Design and maintain attractive displays, manage store events, and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle administrative tasks such as ordering stock and managing customer relationships through follow-up communication.
- Sale or Hand on service to customers, facial, Body therapy with or with equipment like: MIR, CPL, Oxygen equipment and other all equipment in outlet.
Health & Quality Control:
- Ensure quality control for customer service and treatment results.
- Supervise beauticians and prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction and treatment efficacy.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met each month.
- Attend product development meetings to stay updated on new treatments and products.
- Check before and after photos of customers and prepare presentations on treatment results.
Product Trainer Responsibilities:
- Manage product training sessions, ensuring a minimum of 4 hours per month.
- Implement tests and assessments on products, equipment, and treatment processes for staff.
- Prepare and update training reports on field activity and prospects.
- Monitor the use of products in the salon and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Train staff on equipment use, customer handling, and treatment procedures.
Customer Service & Marketing Assistance:
- Manage after-sales service calls to customers, ensuring follow-up within 3 days of their visit.
- Oversee daily calls to confirm appointments and aim for full booking schedules.
- Report daily sales and stock updates to management.
- Assist in trade shows, roadshows, and other promotional events, ensuring staff are trained for on-site sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in beauty retail management, preferably in skincare or cosmetics.
- Extensive knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and services.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in training staff and implementing quality control measures.
- A passion for the beauty industry with a friendly and professional appearance.
