• Location: Henderson Industrial Park,
• Working Time: Mon -Thurs (in office), Friday (WFH) - 8.30am - 5.15pm
• Salary: $3200 - $3900

REPORTING LINE: Sales Director of Electrical Connectors Division

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You work as part of an office-based admin support to the ECS team of 4 sales engineers/director; coordinating between the sales team with customer/prospect visits, calls and e-mail.

• Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team on quotations and proposals
• Manage and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
• Handling of incoming calls and collections
• Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
• Coordinating all deliveries to ensure efficient and effective services to the customers
• Create and maintain both inventory and customer databases
• Conduct mass mailing and tele-marketing periodically
• Assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars as and when needed
• Manage samples, catalogues and flyers
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned to you from time to time

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in sales admin support
• Proficient in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in SAP System will be advantage, Training Provided for SAP

Operation Specialist

Location: Plaza Singapura

Working days: 5 days, 44 hours (Rotate shift based on roster)

Weekday: 11.45am to 9.15pm

Weekend: 8.45am to 6.15/7.15pm

Salary: $2,300 - $ 2,850

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role

Assist the Store Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Plaza Singapura branch.

Oversee daily sales payment collections, always ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Supervise and monitor Part-Time cashiers in managing payments and other cash-related transactions.

Respond to customer inquiries through in-store interactions, email, phone calls, or messaging platforms, providing prompt and helpful assistance.

Maintain appropriate stock levels within the store and ensure accurate product tagging, pricing, and descriptions.

Uphold the highest standards in visual merchandising by maintaining and presenting display products to a high standard.

Secondary Role

Support cross-functional cashiering or sales duties at Plaza Singapura, Music Square store when needed.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Leader.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE O-Level & above

2 to 3 years of retail working experience

Possess knowledge of Guitars, Drums or Keyboard products.
