Job Requirements
• Create, build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, supporters to bring in resources
• Fulfill an educational role by advocating the importance of a healthy and stable family environment
• Grow volunteer and donor pool by sourcing out and building relationships
• Maintain database, attend to inquiries, keep close communications
• Maintain oversight of donations, to give support and appreciation
• Develop fundraising strategies, annual action plans and fundraising targets
• Establish fundraising policies
• Execute fundraising action plans and events, mobilise stakeholders and resources
• Prepare fundraising reports, conduct post-event evaluations
• Oversee donations received, ensure donations on track to meet fundraising targets
• Oversee deployment of volunteers and develop them in areas of volunteer satisfaction, training, and matching
• Promote and champion the Home’s vision, mission, values, work and ministry among churches, community and the society at large
• Create a strong brand for the Home through various platforms
• Oversee issuance of publications, media release, use of GP logo, boilerplate, templates and materials
• Undertake any other duties as and when specified by the Head of Home
• Conceptualise, propose and implement programmes
• Create opportunities for mentoring, coaching and supporting youths
• Document planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes for related aspects of youth development
