Curaden AG, the product owner of Curaprox Swiss Premium Oral Care is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and execute the company sales and marketing in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans in alignment with business objectives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and revenue.
- Supervise and coach the sales team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers & partners to drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and drive leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, promotional materials, and digital marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills in sales techniques, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.
Data and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market insights.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve processes.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of success in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
· Experience in digital trade, e-commerce, or omnichannel sales strategies.
· Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and marketing principles.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficient in CRM software and marketing tools
· Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve company goals.
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
